Praise for Dragon In Training

"...a good read with a variety of characters. I enjoyed meeting all the characters and seeing the world through their eyes. The author provides a visual feast for the reader which invokes a wide spectrum of emotions. The story of Mark and Luke is worth the read for any paranormal fan because a relationship between a dragon and a genie is bound to be out of this world."

-- 4 Cups from Delane, Coffee Time Romance & More

A little bit about me…

I’ve lived all up and down the East Coast and in a few other places as well. Mostly, you can tell where I’ve lived by where I write about. I usually write about a place about three months after leaving that location. So, according to my books, I’ve lived in St. Petersburg, FL (Dragon in Training series and Lady Troubles series), Buffalo, NY (A Pack of His Own series), and in Washington, DC (Dragons Schooled, Wolf Schooled, and Fae Schooled series.

I’m blind. I read braille, use a white cane, and used to have a guide dog. I have lots of friends in the disabled and LGBTQ communities, and in the place where these two diverse cultures merge. So, there are disabled people throughout my universes, sometimes as heroes, sometimes as supporting characters.

I believe that love absolutely conquers all. That’s why I write romance. (Shout out to “Romancing the Beat,” a great craft book for romance writers.) My tagline, “A moment in darkness…an eternity with a lover” is based on this belief. And this is how I choose to live my life.

So, as Shel Silverstein says (his was the first book of poetry I read in braille): “Come in! Come in!”
